These terms apply to the Evan Kohn alert service, a personal, non-commercial notification service operated by Evan Kohn, an individual hobbyist developer registered as a sole proprietor.

SMS Terms

• Program: Evan Kohn sends automated status alerts from a private home media server (for example, download-queue and server health notifications) to the operator's own mobile phone.
• How to opt in: Text the keyword ALERTS to (434) 838-4010. A confirmation message is sent upon opt-in.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on server activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. A final confirmation message will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or email ekohn00@mac.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
